Manager, Redevelopment (Hospital)

Enable team's efforts in initiating, developing, implementing and coordinating experiments, in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders in the healthcare eco-system, and using lean and agile methodologies with design thinking. Identify opportunities to implement or facilitate strategies with Clinical Directors to ensure the objectives/programmes meet the clusters' target. Manage the projects procurement and approval process to ensure all approval papers are in order and are submitted on time. Enable team's efforts in managing project budgets and resources meticulously, including but not limited to identifying risks and assessing budget impact. Facilitate project meetings, see through follow-ups and deliver project presentations Acquire domain knowledge and build technical expertise for the development and implementation of healthcare infrastructure projects Multi-departmental collaborations to compile and streamline process; develop technical references etc. Undertake any other duties as assigned Key Requirements Degree in Bachelor Degree. i.e. Architecture / Civil Engineering /Building Construction/Project Management or equivalent from a recognised university Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in a healthcare related environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders Excellent planning, analytical and quantitative skills Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team Confident and able to work under pressure Company information Registration No. 199307527D EA No. 09C3051 Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
