About the role
Based in our Tauranga National office, and joining a high performing Marketing team, this role will collaborate with key regional businesses across New Zealand to effectively deliver on their annual marketing plans. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all regional stakeholders, creates briefs, executes campaigns and filters work out to the appropriate channels. There will be loads of variety and opportunities to develop as this role will also assist the National Marketing Director, marketing team, and regions in the full marketing mix.
This role will involve regional travel to build relationships and stay connected, therefore a full driver's license and ability to travel is required.
Skills and experience 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on coordination and project management.Strong proven interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise between national and regional teams.Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms; CMS, CRM, Canva, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, marketing database management, newsletter creation, content writing.Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas to enhance marketing initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).What's in it for you Collaborative, knowledgeable team to support your success in the role.Development opportunities with the potential to grow your career.Branded corporate uniform provided.Southern Cross Health Insurance - Wellbeing One.Birthday day off.You can find out more about us at www.generation.co.nz
