Coaching and supporting team membersDriving sales and promotional activities to achieve sales targetsDay-to-day operational deadlines such as stock and wage management, visual merchandising and end-of-day reconciliationThis Assistant Store Manager role will work Sunday- Thursday.
ABOUT YOU Ideally, you will have worked in a management or supervisory role and have at least 2 years of experience in retail.
You will also have:
A genuine interest in fashion and a career in retail!A proven history of leadership as you will be training and developing the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.Strong organisational and admin skills as you will manage rostering, stock management, loss prevention, and upholding store presentation standards.Amazing communication skills to connect with our customers and achieve sales targets.Most of all, you will bring stacks of enthusiasm and high energy to the store environment - creating the friendly family vibe Hallensteins is known for!
