The Role
A mixed marketing role, means you will have exposure to brand, communications, propositions, channel, and digital. We are seeking someone who can get things done, truly support the team and will love being across all the facets of marketing. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:
Manage and assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies
Create and finalise marketing materials and select the best advertising opportunities, digital and print
Build the Kono brands and work alongside our divisions and with off-shore partners to grow Kono globally
Be proactive and inspired by connecting with customers, key influencers, trade as well as key team members
Manage the marketing budget
Plus you will support the wider sales and marketing team in their functions.
The Person
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a ‘can do' attitude and the ability to take initiative. You will have experience in creative marketing and communications, especially in end to end campaign management. You will have high standards in your work, be a bright and positive person and want to be part of a team.
You will have a tertiary qualification in marketing or several years of marketing experience. With the ability to use analytical tools to gain insights you will give strategic advice on campaign performance.
