The Lodges at Transport World is seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee our modern boutique apartment accommodation in Invercargill. About Us: The Lodges at Transport World, part of the Southern tourism hub Transport World, is renowned for faultless hospitality since opening in 2017. We are proud of our reputation and the role we play in drawing visitors to Invercargill, home to world-class attractions such as Bill Richardson Transport World, Classic Motorcycle Mecca, Dig This Invercargill, and the new sweets shop Toot Sweets.
Responsibilities: As Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing reservations, room services, and property maintenance Managing transport and connections for guests Handling finances and budgeting Assisting with marketing and promotional activities to attract guests We are looking for someone who: Is a people person with first-class customer service skills Has experience in the tourism industry, delivering exceptional service Is adaptable and can establish rapport with guests from diverse cultures Is willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guest has a memorable experience Hours: 4 days on, 3 days off, 6 hours per day (flexible based on workload) Location: The Lodges at Transport World is conveniently located opposite Bill Richardson Transport World in Invercargill.
