Lead, oversee, and manage all operational aspects of the Prep Produce Department.Ensure timely and accurate preparation and packing of produce orders.Manage daily activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, and floor productivity.Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands and minimize waste.Uphold high standards of quality control and food safety.Assist the GM in staff recruitment and training.Train, mentor, and supervise department staff.Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Maintain a neat and tidy workplace environment and implement mechanisms for food safety.Lead, coach, and mentor the Prep Produce team to enhance capability in the produce business.
