Managing of orchard staff whilst working in the orchard, making sure that targets are met by the staff and that workers are working to a satisfactory level as of that standard set by SHL.
As well as insuring that all health and safety regulations are met as well as any other relevant standards needed to be upheld.
Follow-up and follow-through as required to closing stage of each orchard project engagement.
Preparation of progress reports of orchard staff as well as communicating progress of the operations to top level management.
Maintaining close liaison with key personnel of various client/orchard owners and other bodies as appropriate.
Organising orchard staff as well as insuring that sufficient numbers are available in order to complete set objectives and tasks.
Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems if the need arises.
Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
Replacing peripheral equipment such as printers and modems
