Our CustomerProtection team protects Kiwibank's customers and the Bank from the impacts offraud, scams and compromised card transactions. Itis a fast growing and fantastic space to build your career in. You will beleading a team of External Fraud Investigators to detect and mitigate fraud protecting our customers and the Bank.
The mainfocus of this role is developing and coaching our Fraud Investigators andmanaging the team's daily operational performance and workflows. You will alsolead the strategic direction of your team ensuring key objectives are met andprovide reporting and insights to senior stakeholders that will inform theirdecision making. This role will involve supporting our Afterhours team which mayrequire afterhours work occasionally.

Proven leadership experience in leading and coaching a team.Can set strategic objectives and create strong operational performance within a team.Prior experience working in banking or supporting customers impacted by fraud/scams.Great Communication and stakeholder management skills.Confident in extracting data, creating reports and actionable insights.You do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
