Here at the FMA - Te Mana Tatai Hokohoko, you'll be helping to create a fair and transparent financial sector that serves all New Zealanders. We are currently looking for an outstanding Change Manager to support the delivery of our transformation change programme. Reporting to the Change Lead, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark in a new team working on a range of technology and business focused initiatives. You will be attuned to understanding what the changes will mean for our people and how best to provide support to enable successful delivery and change adoption. You will be able to address and understand a variety of different audiences and will be a natural at utilising strategies to enhance and foster engagement.
This role is fixed term until June 2025.
You'll have proven experience as a Change Manager and thorough knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Experience working on a range of change projects including technology, business processes and behaviour change will be highly regarded. A natural communicator, you'll be adept at articulating messages to a range of audiences and building relationships across the business.
