Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Provide leadership in the developmentof business and corporate course offering strategiesAssessexisting and potential marketsAssistwith strategy executionIncreaseTWOA revenue streams outside TEC BAU funding via corporate course offeringsIdentify,source, develop and progress new course delivery opportunitiesNegotiatebusiness agreements and commercialise opportunitiesIdentifyand develop partner opportunities with key stakeholdersWorkwith partners to improve the reach of TWoA and increase the collective valueofferingWritebusiness proposals, tenders, and TWoA business casesAssistwith proposal presentationDevelop and ensure commercial and financialmodelling and budgets meet profit expectationsProvide commercial focus and assist withfinancial analysis and due diligenceQualifications and Experience: Qualifications: · Bachelor Degree inbusiness, management, or a related field
· Full clean Driver Licence
Experience: · 5+ years' experience inbusiness or relevant field
· 3+ years' projectmanagement experience
· Relevant businessdevelopment experience
· Relevant relationshipmanagement experience
Ahuatanga Maori:

· Understands and usesbasic Te Reo Maori phrases, mihi and greetings (TARM level 2 or equivalentqualification)
· Engages in culturalactivities and has a sound understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, cultureand tikanga)
· Ability to embrace aMaori world view underpinned by the values of Te Aroha, Te Whakapono, Nga Tureand Kotahitanga
