Role Description The growth of our business means we are seeking and experienced Business Development Managers located in Hamilton, Auckland (Rosedale or East Tamaki), or Christchurch. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. You will work as a trusted and integral team member, reporting directly to the Regional Manager, responsible for researching new business opportunities and finding new clients, leveraging the company reputation and your own industry contacts to best effect. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking efforts. Cold calling to build our presence and bring in sales. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering results. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, closing deals in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
