We seek a professional and experienced person to provide high quality administrative and personal assistant support to the Head of Legal Services, as well as lead and manage the secretarial functions for the Legal Services Unit.
In the role of Management Support/Secretarial Team Leader you will also manage the systems and processes of the Unit to ensure the efficient and cost effective delivery of legal services.
To be successful you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and significant experience both in a PA/ business administration role and in a leadership/supervisory role where you have provided direction, support and advice to others. You will be a highly experienced and adaptable individual that takes your work seriously ensuring completion to the highest standard. Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a legal office environment and understand demands that exist within a team that delivers a diverse range of legal services.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required together with advanced communication skills. You will have the ability and experience in leading a small team to success and be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload as well as others. You will pride yourself on your excellent ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
