Job Description Talley's Blenheim branch has a vacancy for Maintenance Supervisor at our Land Based plant to oversee the engineering team, as they maintain all of the engineering systems and equipment on site. This site services the Shellfish operation for both our Blenheim and Havelock sites. This is a full-time role, rostered, with a minimum of 40 hours each week. You will work within a diverse and constantly changing operating environment, providing day-to-day maintenance at our Blenheim plant with a mix of reactive and proactive maintenance. You will become part of a small but skilled team who strive to deliver a high standard of workmanship and skillset. Based on your experience and qualifications, your hourly rate will range from $35 - $50 Qualifications You will need: To be a Trade Certified Fitter/Turner/Welder, or Level 4 Maintenance & Diagnostics Minimum 5 years Industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food production and/or relevant work experience and proven successes In Preventative and Reactive maintenance An eye for detail and identifying areas for Improvement Good time management, organisational skills and enthusiasm for getting it right Impeccable communication skills Proven Health and Safety practices as a daily priority Advance knowledge in the following would be beneficial: Project work, new installations, commission, etc, all an advantage Experience and/or qualifications with ammonia refrigeration and boilers would also be advantageous Additional Information Why choose Talley's With multiple operations within Talley's, there's always opportunities available for growth and progression.
