Machine Technician

Established in 201560/40 Milking is 100% New Zealand owned and operated. We are a leading player in the dairy industry servicing farms around the Bay of Plenty area. Due to growth and upcoming work, we are looking for an experienced Milking Machine Technician or Qualified Plumber/Drain layer to join our team to help out with installation of dairy effluent. Based in the beautiful Whakatane area.Your Role:Your day-to-day role will have you:Working on farm, maintaining, and repairing our customer's milking machinesHelping with the installation of dairy effluentProblem-solving in time-critical situationsRequirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:Experience working on milking machinesExperience helping with installation of dairy effluentAn understanding of general engineering and installationAn understanding of general plant (mechanical) servicingAble to be part of our on-call roster 1 in 4 weeksMPTA Machine Testing Certificate would be an advantageAdditional Information:This role is a permanent 40hrs per week.
