Our Opportunity:Due to internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has come about to work on some of New Zealand's most iconic power stations in the beautiful Waikato. This role is an integral member of a dedicated team that maintains, operates, manages and continuously improves Mercury's Hydro generation assets. This role will offer you work / life balance with standard business hours in a permanent position. We ensure our generation sites are well-managed with strong health and safety policies to keep you safe. These roles support our Hydro generation sites in our Hydro South region (Aratiatia, Ohakuri, Atiamuri, Whakamaru).Electricians from all industries have been successful with Mercury. We offer a wide range of support to get you to speed with our Assets and have found that Electricians particularly enjoy the nature and locations of work. Each of our Hydro assets has a beautiful view and an enjoyable team to work together with. We take a lot of pride in Maintaining our Assets and candidates applying should share the same mindset.
