We are New Zealand's leading Daimler commercial vehicle specialist, operating throughout the North Island.Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this position will support in the planning and controlling of stock by managing stock movement, including identifying and arranging for work to be carried out on vehiclesKey Responsibilities would include the following:Liaise closely with the sales and aftersales team to follow through 'vehicle action plans'Thoroughly check stock for damage and accurately complete reportsReceiving new stockArrange purchase orders and pre-book work required on vehicles and ensure carried out in a timely mannerArrange COFs, Registrations and other compliancesPrior to delivery ensure all documentation and certificates are issued and attached to the vehicle, as well as handbooks being readyMaintain high efficiency in stock movement between dealers and all suppliersPickup and drop-off of vehicles as required.Use dealer management system to maintain informationManage drivers and groomers, prioritising work loadsEnsure regular toolbox meetings are held with logistics teamWe expect excellence from you.
