Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) To be responsible for the shipment of all Fresha Orders and understanding regulatory requirements.Completing the role of a logistics resource and provide back up to the Head of LogisticsKey outcomes of the job:Timely and accurate completion of documentationSpecific tasks and duties:1. Documentation:Raising export entry, health certificates, Insurance Certificates, Invoicing, credit notes, +any other documents requested.Handing over files in an orderly manner to accounts for checking with all relevant documentspertaining to the file, making notes where necessary.Despatching documents to our customers by email/Courier.2. Prodoc MaintenanceUpdating product files when new information is advisedEntering new product lines – ensuring correct Tariff Items are selectedUpdating customer files with new contact details, address etc.3. To maintain relationships with SuppliersTo ensure orders are supplied in full and delivered on time.Checking price charged out is correct.Handing invoices to accounts for payment to meet due dates.4.To maintain relationships with our ConsolidatorsTo ensure cargo is delivered on stipulated dates and assisting on any issues that may arise.5. House Keeping - Filing of completed shipments in an orderly manner for easy reference.6. Any other ad hoc duties upon request by any member of staff.
