Our reception team's main objective is to ensure guest satisfaction at all times. This is a unique role and one that differs greatly from a typical hotel or resort reception role. High energy levels, attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are critical to your success.About the Role:Assist guests with activitiesBe the central communication centre for the LodgeCollate guest accounts, balance daily audits, answer telephone and general guest correspondenceDay to day tasks associated with room reservations ensuring exceptional experiences for our discerning guestsAdministration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the front office department and lodgeWhat you will bring:As well as your passion for service delivery and for luxury hospitality, you will have -Some previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality sectorA confident and professional telephone mannerThe ability to multi-task, prioritize and organizeA high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsImmaculate presentationKnowledge and experience with Opera / Opera Cloud (or similar) is essentialWhat we offer:We offer competitive wages, delicious staff lunches and access to our Staff Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners.
