The role requires both operational and strategic thinking. There is an expectation of leadership within the operations function of learning, as well as delivery of internal training through facilitation.Day to Day you will: Divisional partnering to establish learning needs through analysis and design of learning programmes to suit divisional requirementsManage end to end learning and development operations including the learning calendar, course delivery, new training offerings, programme nominations and learning needs analysis and consultation.Facilitate various internal trainings.Manager an L&D coordinators to deliver effective learning initiatives though coaching, performance management processes and career conversations.Build a deep understanding of the business and their needs – strategies, goals, challenges, capability gaps and provide learning solutions to address the need.Collaborate with the wider People, Performance and Culture team to ensure strategies relating to learning deliverables are met.Review current learning curriculum and learning activities and ensure alignment to current and future business needs.
