Job description: The Role Hands on laboratory role leading a team of 1-2 at our Hawke's Bay winery - Partner with our winemakers and teams to test samples throughout the winemaking process, from grape to glass Manage the workflow in the laboratory and organise the team's priorities Ensure timely and accurate analysis and reporting Compile quality control data and analysis, problem solve and improve the quality of results Planning, ordering and management of the laboratory This role is based at our state-of-the-art winery situated on the edge of the Gimblett Gravels, specialising in the production of Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The proximity of the winery to our vineyards allowing for fruit to be processed within minutes of being picked with gentle machinery allowing exceptional flexibility and quality control.
