At Mitre 10 Mega Ferrymead, we have a full time vacancy for a Kitchen Design Consultant. In this position you will be helping make our customer dreams come to life, working closely with the customer to ensure all their needs are met and within budget, making their new kitchen a seamless experience.
This is a 40 hour per week, Sunday to Thursday role.
Our ideal candidate would possess the following skills and attributes:
Be passionate about kitchen / Interior Design
Have creative flair

Computer literate
Drive to exceed customer expectations
Professional level of communication & presentation
An understanding of building / design, attention to detail

- Be a self - motivated team player who is highly organised
Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on their feet.

This is a varied position where you will also help out in the plumbing / Bathroom departments when needed, you will need to be physically fir as some heavy lifting is required.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage as would a qualification in this field.
