Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the creative team by providing mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities. 7. Partner with account managers and client stakeholders to present and pitch creative concepts, campaigns, and solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations. 8. Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure seamless execution of creative projects and deliverables. 9. Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all client projects and communications, while also pushing the boundaries of creativity and experimentation. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, strategy, and production to ensure alignment and integration of creative concepts and messaging across all touchpoints. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus. Proven experience (X years) working in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or creative studio environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across multiple mediums including print, digital, and experiential. Expertise in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of creative professionals. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and market trends. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong client-facing skills with experience presenting and pitching creative concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
