We are a fast growing and well respected multi-disciplinary consultancy providing a range of complementary services including Crown property advisory, land acquisition, disposal, legalisation, planning services and landscape architecture. We help central and local government agencies, utility providers, corporate and private clients across the country from our offices in Auckland, Hamilton, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, and Christchurch. Sectors we operate in include, roading, rail, housing, gas, electricity, water, education, recreation and more.Based out of our Lower Hutt office, you will work across a range of significant infrastructure projects in Wellington and the central North Island, delivering great project and community outcomes for our clients. We require a highly organised and efficient emerging junior level Property Consultant or graduate looking to develop their career in property consultancy. Previous experience in a property consultancy role is preferred but not essential.Key Responsibilities Property due diligence, scoping and researchSupporting property acquisition, and stakeholder engagement projectsPreparing client and Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) approval reportsProgramming and forecasting for property acquisitionsAuditing and upkeeping property databases and systemsProject coordination, tracking and reportingEngaging with stakeholders and landownersSkills, Experience and Attributes Required for This Role The role will suit a property professional with 1 – 2 years' experience that wants to continue to develop and grow their skills, or a highly motivated and talented property graduate who ideally has the skills and experience below or the ability to develop these:A relevant property, legal or related tertiary qualification.A sound understanding of property processes and the title system;Ability to build a strong rapport with stakeholders;Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail;Strong time management and organisational skills;Ability to work across multiple projects and tasks,Be accountable and take responsibility for your role and contribution to a project delivered by multiple team members;Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Project;Current clean Full Drivers Licence.For the Right Candidate, We Will Offer A flexible work environmentA company bonus schemeCareer progression and mentoring opportunitiesAn exciting role witha variety of workA supportive office and company cultureConference attendance, training and professional membershipsIf you think you have what it takes to hit the ground running in this exciting and varied property role, please apply for this position by submitting a covering letter and CV.
