Our data and products need to be informative and interpretable;they also need to reflect the voices and stories of our communities.We have two permanent, full-time opportunities available to join our Intelligence directorate as an Advisor Knowledge.These roles will see you using your skills and expertise to provide advice and develop products as part of our Knowledge team within the Evidence group of the NPHS Intelligence directorate.You will use a variety of approaches and tools to analyse data / information from different sources to make complex health and wellbeing information more easily understood, contributing to insights that inform decision-making.Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora is on a journey to build a national Intelligence capability that will influence and support the health of all New Zealanders, so you will thrive on responsibility to being forward thinking and nimble to support that growth.Mou About youYou are interested in joining a team that works to synthesise knowledge, provide advice and create intelligence products using a variety of tools and health data / information, to develop and apply the evidence base for public health action.You will have 1-2 years of relevant experience using qualitative and / or quantitative techniques, practices and principles.You will have a background in research, evaluation or policy, preferably in a health setting.
