Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn operates out of office in Eden Terrace, Auckland. You will be part of a team of seven within our support office, where we make sure everything is set up to be able to support our plumbing team, sub-contractors and customers. This is a Full-time position, but we would also consider candidates wanting part-time.
Key responsibilities will include: Liaising with customers to book in their plumbing jobs via phone and emailSupporting our plumbers by managing their daily work schedulesWorking with our plumbers to ensure job details and parts on jobs are accurateEnsuring our job management system Simpro is accurately updated and managedWorking with our invoicing team and quoting team to ensure jobs are managed in a timely fashionSupporting with a variety of tasks within the support office which help our function run smoothlyRequired skillset: You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be capable of juggling a few different tasks at onceDetailed in your approachCustomer orientated - everything we do is to provide the best experience to our customersIT savvy - we run everything through our job management platform SimproTeam player - we work closely as a team to ensure we can provide top service to both our customers and plumbing teamAbility to follow systems and processesCommunication is key in everything we do, so you need to be a confident communicator on the phone and by emailWe have a long serving team who are supportive and will help with training, upskilling and understanding of our systems and processes. We operate a job management platform called SimPro so experience using this would be advantageous.
