With over 230 employees, the job opportunities are diverse and exciting. We are now seeking a driven and inquisitive IT Application Administrator to join our growing IT team based at our head office in Geraldine.
Working alongside our experienced IT team, this role will play a key support role in ensuring our Master Data processes and systems are of a high quality. This role will also be the first point of contact for our ERP users and be responsible for the administration of our ERP and associated applications.
This is a perfect opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about providing and creating IT business solutions to solve complex problems and ensures integrity of all data management.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to!):
Master Data management: including improving quality of data, reviewing dashboards, solving data related issues and being an advocate for effective usage of master data
ERP Administration: trouble shooting, maintenance and working closely with ERP developers
Microsoft Application support for users across the business
Providing business intelligence solutions to all functionsTo be considered for this opportunity the successful candidate will have:
A certificate/degree in Information Systems
Experience of working with SQL
Experience working with Supply Chain processes and have worked within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of ERP systems and administration
Demonstrated commercial acumen and a strong customer service ethos
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
