Due to recent clinic acquisitions, we're expanding. Now providing inventory support to 17 clinics, including The Vet Centre in Northland, we have an opportunity to join our team as an Inwards Good/Inventory Coordinator. Your logistical and coordination skills will play a crucial part in managing our stock levels while supporting the inventory and sales team.About the Role: Working closely with individual clinic teams and reporting to the Inventory Manager, you'll be central to our inventory operation, ensuring that our clinics remain well-stocked to efficiently support our customers. Based in our busy Pukekohe clinic, your role will be full-time, Monday to Friday,Key responsibilities: Storeroom management – including managing inwards and outwards goodsProcessing clinic orders via ezyVet practice management softwareCoordination of internal stock transfers across our clinicsManage and order bulk stock for the groupProvide processes and guidance for management of all Franklin Vets storeroomsOversee storeroom stocktakes and uphold our health and safety standards as directedDeliveries as requiredAbout You: This role is perfect for those with a strong interest in the veterinary industry and looking for a foot in the door.
