Location: This role is based in our modern Auckland office.
Reporting:This role reports to New Zealand Channel Director.
Responsibilities:Provide an interface for resellers and support for our internal channel management team.Develop outstanding relationships with resellers and end-user customers at all levels; including Dealer Principals, Dealer Sales Staff and Office Managers.Provide high-level product support and guidance to customers.Provide pricing and quotations as required by customers.Provide end-to-end sales administration, including but not limited to;Sales order entry (including online store orders), customer order updates, allocation of stock, managing backorders and customer expectations.Assist with marketing functions related to product announcements and promotions.About youERP administration 4+ years experience – SAP or similar.Exceptional customer service and communication skills both in person and online (phone/Zoom, email etc) are a must.Applicants must have fantastic organisation skills and be proactive thinkers.As a small team, we need someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and help out where needed.
