6 Month Temp Role - Start ASAP - Sydney CBD based.
Work for an ASX listed/Award Winning financial services business as part of the broader HR function.
Manage all the recruitment activity and admin, be the liaison for all the logistics and to essentially make sure the organisation is organised, pushing activity along and making sure things dont fall between the cracks with recruitment and recruitment related HR administration.
The primary functions of this role are to:
We are looking for a good candidate manager who would like to work in a HR team /internal recruitment, or a mature junior recruitment consultant, or a HR administrator with a sense of urgency and a strong interest in recruitment.
Support the business with recruitment and some HR administration, making sure all new jobs/ new hires are mapped out, keeping track of the hiring spreadsheet and all HR Business Partners informed of urgent requests and anything that is falling behind.
Manage external recruitment partners to define workload and make sure accurate JDs and salary bench marking is sent out to keep on top of hiring activity.
Support driving effective change management and communications, and risk management processes across the organisation
Proactively identify issues, trends and requirements for stakeholder groups and recommend actions.

Experience Required:
2+ Years in an Onsite Recruitment role or HR support function focusing on candidate management.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence outcomes through others.
Demonstrable evidence of meeting deadlines and dealing with time pressure
Advanced customer service and results orientation.
Proven ability to remain focused with changing priorities and to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Essential Skills:
Recruitment experience in a generalist role
Experience with managing spreadsheets
Experience in HR nice to have but not required.
