Hansen Products have been successfully operating from the Whangarei district for over 60 years and are now looking at further expansion. Coupled with upcoming technology changes, we are looking for an IT leader to drive technology projects and to help enable the business to continue to deliver to their customers. In this role your key responsibilities will include: Providing input and recommendations around IT Strategy including roadmap and prioritising deliverables Ownership of key IT project initiatives Vendor management to enable consistent and continual improvement in IT service to end users Daily operational management of IT including being hands-on when required Helping to manage change and providing guidance internally IT acquisition and deployment including hardware and procurement support To be successful in this role you will have the following experience: 5+ years experience in relevant IT roles Ability to articulate where you have managed project delivery across all verticals but preferably ERP implementation Excellent communication skills where you have worked across all levels in an organisation and can talk in layman's terms where needed Proven experience in IT implementation Strong commercial expertise Proven ability to deliver results through setting the agenda and taking others with you on the journey.
