This is a fixed term fulltime (1.0FTE) position working 40 hours per week between 6.00am and 6.00pm (hours negotiable), Monday to Friday. As we are a Te Tai Tokerau, Northland wide service there will be some travel around the region required. This role sits within the Integrated Services Team whose role is to support the resourcing of clinical services across the region. The role will assist the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) Manager in the rollout, use, utility, integrity and development of our Staffing Availability Register application. Responsibilities of the role: Provide leadership to the business in developing the use, data quality, integrity and expansion of application. Work as part of a team across a range of systems and workflows Functions of the role range from administrative, to user support and functional system administration and development (with the vendor). Members of the team may have different specialisations and will work together to provide an integrated service. Provide support and training to application users, to maintain system configuration and to be involved with change management in Tai Tokerau's "Reggie" Programme of Work. Work in partnership with customers to provide an integrated, customer facing service receptive to their needs. Continue relationship building that supports the growth of a future focussed, proactive service. Application Management – Functional. Obtain and maintain an expert level of knowledge in the application supported by the vendor Application Management – Technical. Complete application configuration and administration tasks based on user requests / business requirements in a timely manner Actively engage and support the Functional Application team to ensure business continuity and maintenance of core business activities. Negotiate workload and set priorities to balance BAU and project / development demands of application supported by the vendor and application Steering Group This is a rewarding role with the opportunity to make a difference with an interesting variety of work involved to keep you engaged and motivated.
