We are seeking two passionate Directors who will join the Board and help propel us to the next stage. To complement the existing skills on our Board, we are seeking experienced Directors with high levels of commercial acumen.
This is a paid position. The Board meets quarterly (twice face to face) and holds a strategic planning day.
A little bit about the skills and experience we are seeking:
You will understand the start-up environment, are well networked and have a passion for blue sky thinking. You will be interested in emerging technologies and are known for your ability to innovate. You have a growth mind-set, see the benefit in partnering and are committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Specifically, we are wanting to hear from candidates who have experience governing business that are enabled by technology. Exposure to the health / tech sector and experience with scaling tech start-ups would be beneficial.
