My client is a leading manufacturer & distributor of industrial supplies & packaging products. They are based in Albany on the North Shore. They supply leading companies throughout New Zealand providing a fast, freight free delivery to their customers. We are looking for an Inbound Sales and Customer Care Administrator to join their fun, friendly and successful team!

This position is to provide impeccable customer care and proactively identify sales and leads for the business. There is room for progression with this company, if Account Management or Business Development is an area of interest for you, this is such a great transition. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 0800-1700, Monday to Friday and they offer a fantastic salary.

Some of the responsibilities include:
Manage a high volume of calls through performing primary, secondary or back up answering Skilfully upsell and cross-sell additional products to customers, where appropriate Undertake proactive needs analysis for all customer calls to fully understand customer needs and requirements

Support order processing via EXO when required Support the webchat and email process

Respond to emails immediately in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining meticulous punctuation When there are back orders and/or delays, notify the customer and offer an alternative product

Liaise with Warehouse team on outwards goods

Consistently maintain positive communication with the Warehouse team

Competencies:
We are open to different industries for this role, if you have come from a retail sales or office based sales role then even better!
Capability with using reporting and administration systems: Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, EXO, back end website (preferred but not essential)

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Friendly and bright phone manner and active listening skills

Ability to go back to a task quickly when interrupted

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to be proactive and plan effectively and efficiently

A general all-round great attitude!
