Human Resources Business Partner This newly created role will be the focal point for all colleague related matters within The Adecco Group New Zealand A wide ranging and highly varied position that combines both strategic and operational elements of HR Reporting into the HR Director this management role is part of the Human Resources team and will deliver on our strategic priorities around two core elements of the employment lifecycle Talent Development and Talent Management You will be a true HR generalist with an added flair for L D ready to get stuck in and make a positive difference within our business Our L D platform is second to none from our global and regional programmes through to our local RED programme and nationally recognised qualifications This role will oversee deliver and continue to develop our unique offerings to our colleagues across the country as well as be instrumental in the management of delivery around succession planning career pathways and overall talent development We re looking for an experienced and credible individual to partner with our business and coach and support Managers and colleagues across the country to continue to drive their capability as leaders Strengths in ER performance management and coaching as well as the passion and know how in being able to improve policies people processes and procedures will see you succeed in this role You will be required to Understand business needs and act as the voice of the business to the Executive Team Provide trusted advice and operational excellence Engage in strategic workforce planning activities Build partnerships and work collaboratively with colleagues across our NZ business Facilitate engaging learning material for our internal colleagues To succeed in this role you will have Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience and exposure to business models Up to date employment legislation knowledge and experience Ability to apply commercial acumen to all HR initiatives Experience in dealing with and resolving complex employment relations matters Indepth knowledge and experience of performance management Experience in L D coaching and or facilitation Degree in Human Resources or related qualification Knowledge of NZQA framework desirable What s in it for you Work for a global leader and Fortune 500 Company Modern and vibrant offices based in central Auckland Work with dedicated teams across the NZ branch network Excellent learning development opportunities If this opportunity has you interested please apply online or get in contact with HR Advisor Tara Dennehy on 027 558 1294 for a confidential discussion
