Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for our next talented HR superstar to join our team! Reporting to the Human Resources Advisory Manager, you'll provide support to the wider team (Senior Human Resources Advisors). The position will be focussed on: providing efficient and effective advice and support to managers in situations, requiring interpretation and application of Human Resources policies and procedures as directed by the Senior HR Advisors provide support across all HR workstreams including employment relations and performance management, organisational development and workforce planning, capability building and employee engagement, as well as recruitment and remuneration contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures as required further development in the HR space, where you will be mentored and supported by a team of Senior HR Advisors championing you along the way If you have the following attributes, we are keen to hear from you: a recent HR Graduate, HR Coordinator, or HR Advisor looking to expand their skill set – experience within the Public Sector will be viewed favourably flexible, adaptable, and have an understanding of HR practices adept at balancing a varied and demanding workload and be able to use your judgment to best support your managers a proven ability in building great relationships and will be able to quickly earn the trust and confidence of your internal customers, where you foster new thinking and adaptiveness to coach and mentor leaders to respond to changing needs and develop high performing teams strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to various styles depending on your audience and the sensitivities of the situation a willingness to learn and a passion for Te Papa Atawhai's Kaupapa.
