Strategically located in the central NorthIsland, the Kinleith Mill produces for both the local and internationalmarkets. We have an extensive team ofpeople, who work together to produce quality kraft pulp, paper and fibrepackaging products from renewable, sustainably harvested forestry and recycledwood fibre.
This unique opportunity isyour chance to shine by demonstrating and putting into practise your well-developedHR generalist skill set. To hit the ground running and own thisrole, you will preferably have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources orsimilar, supported with demonstrated success in delivering HR leadership in alarge complex manufacturing or heavyindustry environment, and must be familiar withoperating within a unionised environment. You will also have real flexibility about how you deliver HR services.
