Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti is seeking a Hospital and Specialist Services Emergency & Incident Management Coordinator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our hospital based emergency management team. This is a unique opportunity to support our hospital based emergency response & contingency planning. Ideally, we are seeking someone with a background in the health with experience in emergency management. The following attributes and experience will be sought for this position: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate in the hospital settingAbility to organise and develop / review emergency plans as requiredAbility to provide support and education across the Hospital & Specialist Services Able to use social media and understands the various platforms availableCompetent with Microsoft productsPositive, results-oriented and 'can-do' attitudeHave a full, current and clean drivers licenceAbility work as part of a team ·As a preference you will have hospital basedemergencyresponse experience with an understandingof what each function does and how they need to work together to deliver·Whole of response perspective including understanding of the implications of emergency response objectivesand plans in terms of priorities and outputs for the response as a whole What can we offer you?Tairawhiti is one of the most beautiful, and sunny parts of Aotearoa New Zealand.
