We're looking for a well-rounded lender to join the team in Queenstown as Home Loan Specialist. You will provide high quality advice and solutions across our range of great products with a focus on customers with home lending. You will take the time to understand your customers' needs and goals assessing and completing complex lending, supporting them in a truly meaningful way.
This role will support BNZ's strong growth ambitions in the region and provide a rewarding learning pathway to enable you to excel in your Banking career.

You'll have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills further in banking and we want to help you become one of our future lenders, and eventually establish yourself as the go to for complex lending requirements.
What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity? The most challenging part of the role is also one of the most interesting; it's a broad role being an expert for our customers on a variety of products and help them navigate their personal situations. We work in an extremely fast paced environment, so being able to learn quickly, adapt and have a good attention to detail while putting the customer at the heart of everything you do will be key. 
What attributes will this person have in order to be successful? You'll bring a minimum of 12-18 months home lending experience, whether that be within Banking of another financial services organisation. You'll understand the whole end to end process with home lending, while also demonstrating that you are calm, communicative, and level-headed.
