Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism)Pullman Rotorua is a 5 star 130 room hotel located in the heart of Rotorua that is proud to be a leading provider in exceptional accommodation, food & beverage offerings and conference & event facilities, all complimented with exceptional service by an amazing and dedicated team.We are now seeking a mature, energetic, well-presented person to take up the part-time position of Guest Service AgentThis position will suit those who have a genuine passion in delivering superior guest service at all times in a warm friendly manner. In doing so you will become an integral member of our Front Office team that believes in and exercises this service culture.This role suits somebody that is continuously willing to go beyond their checklist, learn more and strives for excellence within the team.
