Job Description

Using your vast knowledge in the warehousing / 3PL industry, you will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of warehouse operation to ensure customer needs are exceeded. You will ensure all collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders are well maintained to drive for operational success. You will be able to continuously improve warehouse processes, functions and systems to ensure the most optimal results for all clientele. In addition to providing strong and clear leadership to operational staff to achieve warehouse operation targets.
The Successful Applicant

To be considered for the role, your profile will match the following needs:

Operations - Have a sound technical background in warehousing and operations, proven success in improving processes and have great ideas for innovation.
Customer centric - Being able to manage relationships and proven success in working effectively with clients and expectation management.
Commercial - More than just having experience in running a profit and loss but having experience in financial modelling and managing costs / efficiency.
Leadership - Proven results with leading and growing talent. Being able to influence and inspire staff.
The successful candidate will be passionate, have a positive attitude, a "right first time" mentality and can juggle multiple priorities.
