We ve been BUZZed and have a rare opportunity for an industry professional to join The Hawkes Bay Club Established in 1868 the Hawkes Bay Club has a long standing reputation as a home away from home for its members whilst maintaining the highest levels of hospitality and services We now seek a hospitality professional to protect the culture and integrity of the Club and take the Club to the next level for its discerning members BUZZing The General Manager will lead and inspire a small team of industry professionals to exceed member s expectations on a daily basis A warm and empathetic leader you will understand the definition of hospitality and how deliver exceptional service at all times Involved in all aspects of the business including hospitality accommodation sales marketing and HR this is a opportunity to bring this highly prestigious club to the next level A key focus will be on utilising the Clubs vast spaces and community engagement lifting current membership and utilisation of the Club facilities To be successful in this exclusive organisation you will have notched up several years experience in the lodge club or resort scene and a minimum 10 years frontline hospitality experience It is also expected that applicants will be well versed in public speaking functions events and have a can do attitude This is the first time this position has become available in over 30 years so if you are a strong leader with impeccable standards and a proven track record of achieving results we encourage you to apply Please apply online with your CV and covering letter attention to Ben Crossen Applications close June 2020
