This success hasn?t gone to their heads, it?s their down-to-earth, hands-on approach that sets them apart as well as their reputation for getting stuck in and getting the job done right.The Role:Report to the Business Owner and take full responsibility of the Takanini Branch Operation right from organising the operations, sales, financial and sub contractor requirements including purchasing and cost management.Essentially Continuous is a residential contracting business and your main responsibilities include:Develop and direct the implementation of business strategies to enhance the operations ability
Mentor and coach the management team to deliver financial & trading performance through clear objective setting, performance management and regular feedback
Develop the company?s competitive advantage within the market through the creation and implementation of sustainable sales strategies & high standards of customer service
Build a family culture built on a shared vision for excellence and pride in a job well done
To be successful in this position you must possess the following:Strong building, manufacturing, engineering or construction industry experience ideally within a jobbing/contracting environment or make to order operation
Experienced in running an entire branch, business unit or general management exp - can run a P&L and report to a board
Passion for sales and exceeding customers\' expectations, to maximise the profitability of the branch
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
A proven culture builder and one who motivates others and maximises productivity through inspirational leadership.
