Full Time - Farro Ambassador - Produce

We are on the hunt for someone to become part of our Lunn Ave store leadership team - you will be responsible for delivering commercial and operational success for our Produce sales trading department. This role is crucial to ensuring that day-to-day store operations deliver a seamless customer experience in keeping with our purpose, focus and promises.
We're looking for someone who has the leadership skills to nurture and guide an enthusiastic and dedicated team while sharing their passion for amazing food and genuine customer service. This is a hands-on role where you will be working alongside your team members, coaching and mentoring them and ensuring that our high standards are met.
This role will be a minimum of 35 hours a week across Tuesday to Saturday.
