Full time Senior Front of House/Duty Manager position available at small but busy restaurant and cellar door in the Bridge Pa Triangle.Oak Estate Kitchen and Cellar Door showcases local, seasonal produce through exceptional dining experiences and celebrates Oak Estate Wines unique wines.This position is for an energetic and motivated hospitality professional who is happy to get involved with all aspects of delivering an excellent lunch service. This position reports to the owners and will manage a small, tight knit front of house team.Currently open 4-days per week, plus the occasional dinner function. This will increase over the summer season.The successful applicant will have at least two years of formal service experience and sound knowledge of wine service practices.
