Freight Service Representative

We are looking for a full-time Freight Service Representatives to join our awesome team in Wellington.What will you be doing?This is an office based role. You will be:Providing freight solutions and quotes to our customersTaking bookings and ensuring customers get the best service every timeCoordinate and oversee the loading/unloading of freight and trucks from our shipsWorking closely with our drivers and ship mates to ensure a seamless transition from land to water every time.Who are we looking for?You need to be reliable and happy to work independently on a shift roster. You are an organised planner, an administration whiz and have great communication skills. You can pick up tech systems quickly and enjoy being in a busy environment where you may need to make decisions under pressure. You may also work well in a diverse team environment when required. You also need a full driver's license and have experience working in the transport industry OR a role of similar relevance and skills.
