And what makes a perfect start for your career.Your opportunity:In this role of Service Despatcher, you will lead and take responsibility for allocating and scheduling work in collaboration with Field Service Managers, in accordance with customer requirements and available resources. You will work closely with the dormakaba Field Service Managers and Sales Teams to maximize revenue opportunities for dormakaba in New Zealand and build up everlasting relationships with dormakaba customers and partners.What you can expect:Scheduling of all work and assignment to resource pool.Maintaining rolling regionalized quarterly scheduling programProviding Field Service Managers and Service Manager with rolling monthly allocated resource plans per region for scheduled servicing and maintenance workProviding Field Service Managers and Service Manager with rolling weekly allocated resource plans per region for all service workLead the allocation process which includes the communication with the customer providing ETAs, notification of attendance and attendance requirements.Facilitating communication between Service, Sales and Technical Support.What we expect:Capacity to analyze, prioritize and escalate as required.Professional education or demonstrable experience within customer service.Strong analytical skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Experience in dealing with a diverse customer base.High degree of customer etiquette.This is an exciting opportunity to build on your existing skills and knowledge.If you are looking for a role that matches your ambitions, we want to hear from you!dormakaba is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
