Food Truck Manager

Bills Burgers is the latest and greatest funked up food truck to hit Brisbanes dynamic street food scene, serving top quality gourmet burgers at various functions and events throughout south-east Qld. We are seeking an energetic and enterprising individual to manage the day to day operation of the business.
This is a full time role that will encompass some night time and regular weekend work.
The ideal candidate will ideally have had several years working in a commercial kitchen/restaurant, and be someone who is looking for a new and exciting challenge in a fun, ever changing environment. You will be given the opportunity to run every aspect of the business and as such, you must be a good all rounder that understands basic business principles.
In this role you will:
- be responsible for the cooking and preparation of burgers & fries
- drive the truck to and from events (normal car licence required)
- maintain a high standard of food safety
- recruit and manage a team of staff
- be responsible for stock control
- ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy
- assist with marketing in order to gain new events and functions
- manage social media profiles
