This is a busy role where youwill be responsible for development and delivery of excellent customer serviceexperience, make timely and accurate payments to kaimahi (staff) of the WaitahaCanterbury, maintain employee records and work closely with the HRSS kapa (team).You will be responsible for:Calculating work and non-workrelated ACC payments.Providing accurate and promptinformation to WellNZ and ACC.Liaising with all HRSS teams toensure a timely pay run.Loading pay data into the Payrollsystem.Co-ordinating, training, andsupporting other team members.Answering employee relatedqueries with a confidential and empathetic approach.Liaise wither other Te Whatu Orakaimahi (staff), WellNZ and ACC to obtain accurate ACC claim details.Investigation and resolution ofpayments.Ko wai koe | About YouTo be successful in this role, you should be comfortable in acomplex, diverse and fast-paced work environment.
