The opportunity: We are looking for a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst, to join us in a full-time permanent position, working within a team of 15, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting. You'll lead regular reporting and KPI production, support financial planning tasks, and conduct detailed financial analyses. Ensuring data accuracy and aiding in process improvements are key aspects of the role. This role calls for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Day to day responsibilities for this role: Integral member of Financial & Management Reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting Manages regular reporting, KPI production, and responds to ad hoc requests. Supports financial Planning function, including annual budgeting and mid-year reforecasts. Prepares, reviews, and delivers various financial analyses. Generates clear, concise weekly and monthly reports on costing, KPIs, and revenue trends. Reviews and tests financial information for accuracy and completeness Supports Finance Team in process and system improvements, including Budget system testing. Gains exposure across finance team In order to succeed in this role, you will: Accounting qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA) desirable, but not required, Degree level in accountancy or similar business field preferred. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, including BI tools like Power BI and advanced Excel skills. Experience with complex budgeting processes and maintenance of budgeting systems in commercial settings. Background in process improvements and system implementations Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in medium to large organizations, with handling large datasets and transaction volumes Analytical mindset with strong accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and forward-thinking, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
