Join our client's team as an Intermediate/Senior Accountant and contribute to a dynamic organization while advancing your career in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop and manage budgets.Provide guidance on financial forecasts and assist in strategic planning.Tax Compliance: Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.Implement best practices to enhance the overall accounting function.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACCA, etc.).3-4 years of experience as an Intermediate Accountant.5+ years of experience in a senior accounting role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.Proficient in relevant accounting software.Skills and Attributes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Leadership and mentoring capabilities.As one of the world's largest employers, we believe in talent not labels, and focus on the diverse and unique skills our people bring.
